In developing the brand strategy for Prodejvozidel.cz, we identified several key assumptions. Outdated Market: The used car market is stuck in the past, running on inertia with little innovation. Customer Skepticism: Buyers are wary of scams, whether it's about the true condition of a car or the trustworthiness of middlemen. Resistance to Change: Customers tend to stick with well-known platforms, perceiving them as more reliable despite their flaws. -> It follows that, in developing our brand strategy, we need to eliminate the complexities and uncertainties traditionally associated with the used car market. Considering that the creators of Prodejvozidel.cz have deep industry knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for automobiles, the entire concept is rooted in the idea of "by the people, for the people" and a shared passion encapsulated by the phrase "we have gasoline in our blood."
